Welcome to the Cedar City English and Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church

We are located close to Interstate I-15 and frequently enjoy visits from traveling Seventh-day Adventists who happen to be in our corner of beautiful Utah on Sabbath morning.  We also warmly welcome non-members who are looking for Christian spiritual nourishment, encouragement, or a new church to call home.

You will find our church to be simple and friendly.  We're a diverse group, with members from around the world. We're retired professionals, working families, and energetic youth.  When you arrive, you'll be greeted by both English and Spanish speakers.  Tell us a little about yourself, where you're from, and how you came to find us.  Then join us as we study, praise, pray and learn together.

Sabbath School

Sabbath school begins at 9:45 a.m.  We offer four classes:
Children's Primary Sabbath School, ages 0-11
Youth Sabbath School, ages 12-18
Adult Sabbath School, Spanish
Adult Sabbath School, English

Worship

Our Worship service begins at 11 a.m. and is given in both English and Spanish.

Prayer Meeting

We know that in this world, it's easy for day to day life to get so busy it's hard to find time for our relationship with Jesus.  That's why we come together mid-week to encourage, study and pray with one another.  Prayer meeting is every Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. and everyone is invited.

Fellowship Potluck Dinner

If you're visiting on the 4th Sabbath of the month, please plan on joining us for our monthly potluck dinner.  The dinner is at a member's home and you're welcome to follow someone over after the church service.  Don't worry about bringing anything unless you want to.  There's always a large selection of tasty dishes and plenty for everyone.

Our New Location

We're very thankful that God has given us our own church building.  We moved to our new location in June 2007.  We're currently seeking funds for an addition to our building including classrooms and a fellowship dining area.  Our physical address is:

4571 North Hwy 91, Enoch, UT 84720  Map

Please come and visit.  We look forward to meeting you!

Bible Says

A Motorcycle Witness

I was on my way home late one afternoon when out of the corner of my eye I saw a man ride past me on his motorcycle. My husband and I are members of the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA), so I took more than a...

Integrity

He confidently made the oath and the waiting crowd was amazed by the unexpected outcome! A Chinese man named Xu, who swore he didn't owe money that he had borrowed from a neighbor, was hit by lightning 60 seconds later.

Facing Fear

The news on Wall Street these days is not very encouraging. I doubt financial investors are sleeping well, and neither are many average citizens. Uncertainty and confusion are common companions.

Seeing Clearly

Okay, I'm finally convinced! I need glasses. Rather, I need to wear glasses. I remember when I got my first glasses a couple of years ago. I became quickly frustrated. I didn't like wearing them. I hadn't worn...
